-First, plug your blinking phone (or just pull out battery, then plug and click on Device check)

-Select your device in first list, then do click in fix EFS Red light blink (next list), or repair your red light blink device, hit repair and wait a while. Your device will awake in no "Application linked''  so use Desktop manager to fix it to a working state.
